About Our Banners
Our felt award banners are made quite a bit different than most! After raw felt is rolled off the bolt, it is cut to rough size and two layers of felt are bonded together with adhesive to give the banner sturdiness and stability. This makes for great pictures of the kiddos holding them after awarded from a contest and provide longevity and stability while hanging in the Ag Classrooms through the coming years. After bonding, the felt banners are cut to a finished (traditional) size and the border strips are sewn onto the banner base. Felt letters are die cut and bonded with adhesive to the top of the felt banners, along with the FFA Emblem embroidered patch, which is straight from National FFA in Indianapolis, IN. All this, in keeping with the traditional FFA felt award banners.
